Assessment form. After you book an assessment we ask you to fill in a form about your reason for booking, your injury and medical history, and your goals. This is health information, and we only ask for it with your agreement. We use it only to prepare for and carry out your assessment and training. Your answers are sent by email to our practitioners, and a copy is stored securely with our website host (Cloudflare) for up to two years, where only our team and the company that looks after our website can see it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Log Files

If you accept, these set cookies in your browser that tell us whether someone who saw one of our adverts went on to make a booking or an enquiry, and allow our adverts to be shown to people who have visited this website. The information is processed by Google and Meta, who may combine it with other information they hold about you. If you do not accept, these tools are not loaded.

Changing your mind. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your own browser for six months, after which we ask again.

Videos. The videos on our home page are hosted on this website and set no cookies. Some pages include videos from YouTube or Wistia. YouTube videos are loaded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and Wistia videos are only loaded when you press play.

Maps. The map of our location is provided by Google. It is only loaded when you press “View map”, and Google may set its own cookies when you do.

Booking. Booking takes place on Calendly, which opens in a new tab. Calendly is run by another company, which may set its own cookies and has its own privacy policy.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website works without them.
