Fitness Classes

We offer classes for all levels including beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Our beginner classes run in 8 week blocks and are suitable for new clients. Intermediate and advanced levels focus more on dynamic exercises and are suitable for those more experienced with our system. Classes take place in our Donabate facility and are limited to 6 participants in each class in order to ensure clients get the best tuition and attention to detail possible.

Beginner

Our beginner fundamentals class runs in blocks of 8 weeks and is open to new clients and those who have done an initial assessment with us. This class is a great intro to Functional Patterns and covers basics like self myofascial release techniques and corrective exercises. We cover common exercises and run through the do’s and dont’s when it comes to things like planks, squats, lunges, rows, and presses. Once completed participants can get access to our advanced classes.

Advanced

For those who are more experienced with our system, advanced classes are for those who are attending private one to one sessions or who have completed our 8 week beginner block. We go into more detail and give you a better understanding about how to correct imbalances that you may have. We also push the intensity right up, making use of all of the various pieces of equipment at our disposal in order to give you a great workout that leaves you feeling better each time.

Currently Beginner blocks are run every three months, so if interested please enquire to find out when the next term starts. Advanced classes are run twice weekly and can be booked on a pay as you go basis.
