Full Body Gait & Posture Analysis from Functional Patterns Dublin
The main services we offer are our full body gait and posture analysis, and one to one functional training sessions. We also offer small group functional fitness classes for new and existing clients, online sessions and in home training for clients who cannot make regular in person visits, and corporate and team seminars.
We help clients with issues like chronic joint pain, posture correction and realignment, hip and groin pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tendentious, scapular winging, head and neck pain and much more. We help clients with all sorts of issues, and see people of all ages and fitness levels. No matter what your starting point is our team of experts are at hand and ready to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Is Functional Patterns Just For People In Pain?
Absolutely not. You don’t have to be in pain to benefit from our training. While we are the pain and posture specialists, using our training to improve balance and symmetry in your body can be a great way to prevent injuries and become more athletic. If you are lucky enough to not have any current issues, we can advance your program a bit quicker in order to add more of a challenge.
