
17 Mar Scoliosis Improvements with Functional Patterns
Emma’s poor posture and instability issues were causing her to have multiple areas of pain, and her work in a crèche looking after children was becoming a problem. She would have lower back pain after a day’s work, or a long day in college. She made huge improvements to her structure during our training and now can work long days without pain.

Since training in FP Dublin, I have noticed vast improvements both in my posture and daily movements. My lower back pain has decreased significantly and through targeted exercises, they have helped me strengthen my core, improve my mobility, and correct imbalances that were causing discomfort. Stephen is fantastic at really explaining the purpose of the training and adjusts exercises to specifically target areas for improvement. My work requires me to be quite active, however, I am now able to work without any back pain which has been a real relief!
