It’s that time of the year again! We at Functional Patterns Dublin hope the year has been a good one for everyone reading as we close out 2025. It has been a good year us. We expanded our team again, and got the chance to help lots of people to improve their bodies and continue their education with us. We hope wish everyone out there a great Christmas and New Year!

Here is a little update on our Christmas opening hours.

Tuesday December 12th – Open

Wednesday December  24th to Sunday December 28th – Closed

Monday December  29th and Tuesday December 30th – Open

Wednesday December 31st and Thursday January 1st – Closed

Friday January 2nd – Back to business as usual
