Six Month Posture & Mass Gains

Daniel came to us having been sidelined from GAA football for close to a season with a hamstring issue that he was struggling to resolve. We quickly got it sorted for him, and he made some nice posture and mass gains in the process. He had tried more traditional isolated type hamstring rehab before attending us with no success. In order to get a solution we had to take his whole structure into consideration, and once he started to understand how to distribute load through his whole body, his hamstring issue disappeared.

Before

  • More scapular winging
  • Lack of abdominal pressure and TVA
  • Kyphotic curvature

  • Increased TVA and core activation
  • Better joint stacking
